In Colombia, Guatemala and Costa Rica, he finally found Arabica beans that could meet his requirements. Only selected, high-quality coffee beans are considered for the various blends of Mokador espressos. The first selection takes place on the coffee plantation and numerous other checks of the beans follow later so that the quality can be guaranteed in accordance with ISO standard 9001. After a particularly careful cleaning, the coffee beans, which are still green, are sent to the roastery. Each type of bean is roasted and stored separately at Mokador so that the different characteristics are preserved.
